HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM Tickets Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Users (“Buyers” and “Sellers”) of the HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM Tickets Platform (“HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may cancel transactions and request refunds. By using the HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM and its Users.
1. DEFINITIONS
- 1.1 Platform refers to the HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM ,Ticketing website and mobile application through which users may buy and sell event tickets.
- 1.2 User refers to any individual or entity registered on the Platform, either as a Buyer or a Seller.
- 1.3 Offer refers to an offer made by a Buyer to purchase tickets/seats at a stated price.
- 1.4 Accepted Offer means an Offer that has been agreed to and confirmed by a Seller, rendering the transaction binding.
- 1.5 Dynamite Order refers to multiple simultaneous Offers placed by a Buyer, where acceptance of one Offer leads to automatic cancellation of all others.
- 1.6 Transfer Deadline refers to the period within which a Seller must complete the ticket transfer after accepting a Offer.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
- 2.1 HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM is a ticket resale platform facilitating the exchange of tickets/seats between Users. HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM does not hold, own, or control the ticket inventory.
- 2.2 This Policy is applicable to all transactions on the Platform and applies regardless of the User’s location, subject to local laws.
- 2.3 HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be accessible on the Platform.
3. BUYER CANCELLATION POLICY
- 3.1.1 A Buyer may cancel an Offer at any time prior to Seller acceptance.
- 3.1.2 No fees or penalties shall be imposed for such cancellations.
- 3.1.3 The Buyer’s payment authorization will be released 24 hours after the cancellation.
- 3.1.4 The actual release period may vary by financial institution.
3.1 Pre-Acceptance Cancellation:
- 3.2.1 Once an Offer is accepted by a Seller, the transaction becomes binding and non- cancellable by the Buyer.
- 3.2.2 In cases where the Seller fails to transfer valid tickets within the Transfer Deadline, the Buyer shall be eligible for a full refund.
3.2 Post-Acceptance Cancellation:
- 3.3.1 When one of the Dynamite Order offers is accepted, all other pending offers under the same Dynamite Order are automatically cancelled without penalty.

4. SELLER CANCELLATION POLICY
- 4.1.1 By accepting an Offer, the Seller enters into a binding agreement to transfer the specified ticket(s) to the Buyer within the Transfer Deadline and upload the transfer reference number into the HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM along with original source website information
4.1 Binding Nature of Acceptance:
- 4.2.1 If the Seller fails to transfer valid tickets within the Transfer Deadline and upload the transfer reference number into the HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM along with original source website information, the transaction shall be deemed a breach of agreement.
- 4.2.2 The HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM reserves the right to cancel the payment to the Seller and may impose financial penalties, including but not limited to recovery of buyer refund costs, a flat administrative fee, or temporary suspension of the Seller's account.
- 4.2.3 In the event that a Seller transfers incorrect, invalid, or fraudulent tickets, The HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM shall immediately reverse the transaction, issue a full refund to the Buyer, and may impose strict penalties against the Seller, including but not limited to:
- 4.2.3.1 Permanent removal from the Platform
- 4.2.3.2 Recovery of the full transaction amount and associated damages
- 4.2.3.3 Reporting to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.
4.2 Failure to Fulfill:
- 4.3.1 In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., event cancellation, natural disasters), Sellers must immediately notify HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM. Refunds will be issued to the Buyer in accordance with Section 6 below.

- 5.1.1 A Buyer may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- 5.1.1.1 Non-receipt of valid tickets after Seller acceptance.
- 5.1.1.2 Invalid or fraudulent tickets received.
- 5.1.1.3 Event cancellation by the organizer with no rescheduling.
5.1 Refund Eligibility:
- 5.2.1 Refunds shall be processed to the original method of payment.
- 5.2.2 Refund processing times may vary but shall not exceed 10 business days from confirmation of eligibility.
5.2 Refund Methodology:
- 5.3.1 HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds in circumstances not explicitly covered by this Policy, including but not limited to issues related to last-minute transfer delays.

6. EVENT CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS
- 6.1 In the case of event cancellation with no rescheduled date, Buyers shall be entitled to a full refund.
- 6.2 In case of event postponement, the validity of the tickets shall continue for the new event date. No refund shall be issued unless the ticket becomes unusable or the Seller cannot guarantee its transfer.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- 7.1 Disputes regarding cancellations, transfers, or ticket validity must be reported to HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM support within 24 hours after the tickets have been transferred by the seller .
- 7.2 HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM reserves the right to investigate all claims and may request supporting documentation. Final determination will be at the discretion of HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM.
- 7.3 All parties agree to cooperate fully in any investigation and accept HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM’s decision as final.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- 8.1 HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM’s total liability under this Policy shall not exceed the transaction amount paid by the Buyer.
- 8.2 Under no circumstances shall HUNGRYTICKETS PLATFORM be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW
